At 5ALPHA we believe mind over matter. A healthy mind can promote healthy habits for individuals. Sadly, mental health has taken a huge toll on our nation. Instead of “Doing It Better” many are left trapped in the unwanted and unneeded symptoms of mental health diseases. 5ALPHA is looking to make a change in this downward spiral. With more funding snd more opportunities for growth we as a community can move forward to a happier and healthier lifestyle. That is why 5ALPHA is making the move to donate 10% of all purchases to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation in New York City
